The Center focuses on bringing together Clarkston’s members, agencies, researchers and local partners to collaborate on issues regarding health, education, legal rights, and family sustainability. As a plus, the center focuses on aiding refugee and immigrant populations as well as increasing engagement on the other Perimeter College campuses.

Imagine a mentorship program that matches refugee or immigrant young adults with current student leaders. Well, it’s a reality at Perimeter College. Students interested in this MINA program are provided with the academic and social support needed to excel in higher education.
