We’re Here to Help
We appreciate the important work you do to encourage, prepare and support your students as they journey through the college admissions process.
We hope to provide you and your students with the most current admissions requirements and information available for a smooth admissions process. We look forward to working with you throughout the academic year as you assist students with their college plans.
Counselor Luncheons
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions will be hosting Counselor Luncheons this Fall from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at select campuses. This complimentary luncheon will give you the opportunity to learn about Georgia State, the admission process, and hear from current students and representatives from multiple offices such as Student Success, the Honors College, Admissions, and more. Optional campus tours will be offered at the conclusion of this event.
If you’re a school counselor, RSVP today! Spots are limited.

Perimeter College
Students of all ages and international backgrounds enroll at Perimeter College. We proudly serve the largest number of dual-enrollment, international, online, transfer and first-time first-year students in the University System of Georgia. We offer a strong Honors program. Many home-schooled and transient students choose Perimeter College, also.
In addition to associate degrees, Perimeter College offers two specific career pathways that prepare students to enter into the workforce. These career pathways are: dental hygiene and nursing. Students in these career pathways get practical experience in the profession and are ready to be working upon graduation. Students who decide to continue their college studies and earn their bachelor’s degree can transition to Georgia State’s Atlanta Campus without having to reapply once they have completed 30 hours and have maintained a 2.0 GPA.
Perimeter College Tuition & Costs
It is important that your education be affordable. Choosing a college is one of the most important decisions you will make in your life and it is a decision that comes with a cost. Luckily, there are many financial aid options available that can help you finance your college dreams.

Student Body
Our widespread academic offerings and welcoming culture attract 50,000 students from 150 countries, all 50 U.S. states and every county in Georgia. Diversity is woven into the very fabric of our culture, meaning our students stand to learn as much from their peers as they do their professors.
*Because ethnicity is calculated separately from race, and because race sometimes goes unreported, the figures above do not equal 100%.
