Admissions for International Students into Perimeter College
Applicants to Georgia State University are classified as international applicants if they meet any of the following criteria:
- Students who are living outside the U.S. and who will require an F-1 visa to study in the United States.
- Students who have been educated outside the U.S.
- Students who are in the U.S. on a non-immigrant visa (B-1, H-1, J-1, etc.)
- Students who are in the process of applying for Permanent Residency status, but have not yet received the Permanent Residency card.

Official High School Transcripts / Mark Sheet (3 consecutive academic years) in English.

Official Transcript Evaluation: Georgia State University provides an in-house evaluation on all international academic documents (transcripts, mark sheets, certificates, leaving examination results, etc.) that are presented in English. |

English Language Requirements: TOEFL 69 or IELTS 6 or other approved English language test. |

|
ACCUPLACER placement test: only required for students with lower than 2.5 GPA |

Official College Transcripts: Students must submit transcripts and evaluations for ALL schools and universities attended. Additional document verification or translation may be requested. |

Official Transcript Evaluation: Georgia State requires international credential evaluation for international transfer students who have attended colleges or universities outside the U.S. Please see our Foreign Credit Evaluations and Document Submission sections for details. |
