Do I need to take the SAT or ACT if I am applying as an international first-year student and my high school is not in the U.S.?

Students with an exceptional academic record (grade point average (GPA) above 3.4, as calculated by Georgia State in house) may be eligible to have the SAT/ACT waived for the 2023 admissions cycle. Please reach out to [email protected] after applying and submitting all transcripts/school or board exam results to determine if you qualify. SAT/ACT waivers are NOT guaranteed for any student.

Submit SAT scores through College Board. Use Georgia State’s SAT code: 5251.

Submit ACT scores through ACT. Use Georgia State’s ACT code: 0826.
