A student is only eligible to appeal their admission decision if they have an official denied status. Denied students may submit appeals as early as they wish, up to the July 1st final appeal deadline. Students deferred to our Perimeter College Campuses are unable to appeal, but they can request a re-evaluation of their application if they have updated test scores and/or an updated high school transcript.
Students deferred to Perimeter College for low test scores (OLD SAT scores below 430 critical reading, 400 math, NEW SAT scores below 24 reading section, 22 math section, and/or ACT below a 17 English, 17 math) may not request a re-evaluation of their application. OLD SAT scores were taken prior to March 2016.
Students who have compelling reasons to explain low performance on test scores/grades, or students who would like to be considered based on improved test scores or GPA after their denial status may access the appeal form here. A completed appeal includes the form, the required letter, and documents support their claim, which may include new transcripts, updated test scores, medical records, death certificates, recommendations, resumes, statements, or awards. Appeals will be reviewed and a final decision communicated via mail.
For further information on the Appeals process, please feel free to contact Donald Weatherington, Admissions Counselor at email@example.com.
