I currently attend a university in the U.S., but I have attended another college outside the U.S. If I only want the credit from my school in the U.S., do I still need to submit the foreign transcript and its evaluation?

Yes, Georgia State University requires that you submit college transcripts from all of your previous institutions. If you attended a college outside of the U.S., you must have your credit evaluated by an independent evaluation service.
